Your Community

The Central Operations Team is part of core operations and is supporting Recruiter Engagement and Growth division which is responsible for managing the Application & Acceptance processes, Visa,

and their relevant procedures to deliver a customer-focused service to our recruitment partners,

universities, and institutions.

Your Position

You will be a part of a dynamic and evolving team while managing Quality Assurance, & University Escalations. It will broadly include Monitor and evaluate the performance of recruiters, universities and provide feedback to improve their performance.

Your Backstory

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in international student recruitment, with a strong knowledge of admission processes, regulations, and compliance requirements in UK and Canada market
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Ability to understand , interpret and communicate with data
  • Understanding of SaaS platform is desirable

Your Contribution

  • Maintain quality assurance frameworks to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review support policies and procedures
  • Help to implement effective cross-functional processes
  • Provide timely assessment reports with suitable prioritized recommendations to support the admissions operation to increase compliance and to mitigate any identified risks
  • Work closely with REG teams to build awareness of compliance to Adventus.io corporate and awarding body standards
  • Support the Head Quality Assurance & Product Operations in compiling data for analyses and prioritization of risks
  • Support the regional admissions, sales and Partnership Success in conducting investigations related to the University Escalations
