Your Community

The Strategy & Growth team is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for our partner institutions worldwide along with driving results internally in synch with the Admissions & Sales teams. Relationship management, Implementation of GTM & commitment to revenue are the key responsibilities of the team.

Your Position

We are seeking a highly ambitious, target-oriented, and dedicated Student Recruitment Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing recruitment activities for our esteemed university. This position will focus on engaging prospective students, highlighting the unique selling points (USPs) of the university, and fostering key relationships.

Your Impact

You will play a key role in promoting the University’s international recruitment strategy by developing informed and realistic delivery plans and delivering engagement activities targeting prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students, leading to the applications and enrolment of quality students from India and other regions.

In addition, you will engage with the University and Adventus.io stakeholders based in India including but not limited to, visits to universities, the preparation and delivery of presentations and workshops, education exhibitions, and relationships with key schools, colleges, universities, and agents.

Your Backstory

  • 3+ years of experience in increasingly responsible roles related to international higher education.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and CRM systems.

Your Contribution

  • Student Engagement and Recruitment:
    • Actively engage with prospective students to promote the university's offerings and benefits.
    • Provide detailed information about the university's USPs, programs, and opportunities.
    • Manage the recruitment process to ensure a high conversion rate of applications and enrollments.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and current students and key stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with local universities, schools, colleges, and educational agents to promote the university.
  • Recruitment Activities:
    • Support and participate in recruitment activities, including university visits, presentations, workshops, and education exhibitions.
    • Assist in organizing and delivering in-country projects and activities aimed at enhancing recruitment efforts.
  • Collaboration with Adventus.io:
    • Work closely with Adventus.io and university stakeholders in India to align recruitment strategies and activities.
    • Ensure effective communication and coordination with the Senior Recruitment Manager.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to understand trends and opportunities in the education sector.
    • Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Target-Focused Planning:
    • Strong capability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that are aligned with specific recruitment targets and objectives.
