About the Sales Team

The Sales team is responsible for selling the Adventus platform and associated products and services to a range of customers and partners across the globe.

The team is accountable for driving the sales growth and revenue year on year whilst delivering undeniable value, service, and experience for our partners in building trusting long term relationships

About the Role

The Key Account Manager works closely with Regional Managers to ensure student enrolment targets for assigned recruitment partners across all Adventus Partner universities and Institutions. As the primary contact for our recruitment partners, a key responsibility of this role is to create and manage long-term relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our recruitment partners.

  • Achievement of student enrolment targets.
  • Student Pipeline Management - Supervising the overall progress of student pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is clear of any inactive students, identifying any significant trends early in the Cycle to be able to capitalize on positive trends or fix issues if any
  • Portfolio Management (Recruiters) - Identify Recruitment Partner growth opportunities and risk profile, the primary point of contact for all Key Recruitment Partners for Sales, provide prompt and clear responses to maximize the business opportunity.
  • Account Management - Manage Key Recruitment Partner network with a focus on depth relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and improved Recruitment Partner satisfaction.
  • Recruitment Partners Owner/ Director Meetings - Monthly catch-up for customer feedback, performance reviewing, discussing growth plans, agreeing on action points for both sides, etc. Presenting a detailed report to the RM.
  • Account Plans - developing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for Key CPs
  • Lead Recruitment Partner facing activities and oversee all student recruitment activities in the region
  • Represent Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions at RP exhibition and recruitment events

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing ideally with exposure to an agency/indirect distribution model in the recruitment of International Students
  • Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting annual sales targets/quotas
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
  • Ability to build productive long term relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally
  • Experience in social selling, including leveraging LinkedIn and other networks, to reach critical contacts at your target accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting annual sales targets/quotas
  • Ability to work productively within a team environment as well as independently
  • Conscientious with a strong desire to see things through to completion
  • Strong desire for continuous personal development
  • Good quality senior and long-standing industry relationships;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal with a willingness to work with people of all backgrounds
