Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Institute Partnership Coordinator to spearhead student recruitment initiatives and foster institutional collaborations in the higher education sector. This role is pivotal in building long-term alliances, supporting enrollment growth, and ensuring a strong market presence across targeted regions.
The ideal candidate will bring expertise in driving student acquisition strategies, working with recruitment partners, and leveraging data for sustainable business growth—all while maintaining a student- and partner-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage partnerships with colleges, universities, agents, and recruitment partners
- Drive end-to-end student recruitment campaigns in domestic and international markets
- Coordinate with academic institutions to implement outreach and engagement programs
- Support the achievement of enrollment and revenue goals across assigned regions
- Conduct regular partner visits, webinars, and engagement events
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, admissions, operations) to ensure seamless partner support
- Analyze partner performance and provide insights for strategy refinement
- Ensure partner satisfaction through consistent communication and relationship management
- Monitor trends in education markets and contribute to market expansion strategies
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in academic partnership development or student recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Comfortable with CRM platforms and partner performance tracking tools
- Self-driven, organized, and adaptable to multi-stakeholder environments
- Understanding of domestic and international education systems is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4–10 years of experience in higher education, EdTech, or education consultancy
- Prior exposure to working with international student markets is desirable
