About the role
In this role, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about sustainability and skilled in building strategic partnerships. You’ll be our Partnership point person overall, managing our key enterprise-level sustainability partnerships, leading thought leadership initiatives and driving impactful marketing activations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading priority sustainability partner marketing activations, from content generation to event management and management of PR opportunities.
- Building and executing strategies for global co-operative strategic/channel partnerships.
- Managing set-up and outcomes with AgriWebb Marketplace integration partners.
- Responsible for all tracking, set-up and ongoing measurement of partnership metrics.
- Driving partner lead generation through digital, events, and grassroots marketing efforts.
- Responsible for all Partnership Promotion awareness-building activities from press releases to launch campaigns.
- Implementing and enforcing best practices for partner marketing, including website integration, Hubspot management and Sales team training.
- Sales Team Liaison for all referral management.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic partnerships marketing
- Experience in Sales enablement
- The ability to handle many projects simultaneously
- Strong Storytelling and Content Marketing skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working with global teams and partners
- Knowledge of the US livestock and agtech industries is preferred
- Experience agriculture or sustainability sector is preferred
