About the role

We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Account Executive to cover a team member’s 12 month parental leave. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience and work in a supportive, collaborative team environment while contributing to the growth of AgriWebb.

You will be stepping into an established sales pipeline while actively generating new business through outbound sales. You will manage both inbound and outbound sales enquiries, ensuring that every customer interaction is meaningful. You will guide potential customers through product demos, inspiring livestock farmers to work smarter with AgriWebb tools.

We’re solving customer problems that may not have had software solutions in the past, so you will need to bring creativity and vision that continues to help us drive the industry forward. You will be able to understand and empathise with the challenges our customers face and explain how AgriWebb can help. Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identify and develop new customer leads and opportunities.
  • Leverage your network to identify and engage AU livestock farmers to become early adopters of the AgriWebb product.
  • Conduct presentations and product demos.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing success.
  • Understand customer needs and translate this to our Product team for future development.
  • Provide ongoing service and support to customers.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Demonstrable and proven experience in B2B sales.
  • A proactive approach to generating new leads and opportunities.
  • A strong farming background is preferred but not mandatory.
  • To be flexible, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on the customer.
  • A willingness to travel to customers. This will be domestic travel only.

Compensation: $85 - $95K Base + matched commission
