About AgriWebb

AgriWebb is a global software company working at the vanguard of beef sustainability and rangelands management.

At AgriWebb, our mission is to empower the grazing livestock industry with the best software and data tools to feed the world sustainably. Founded in 2014, today AgriWebb is the leading software platform for grazing operations, trusted by over 16,000 producers managing 22 million animals globally across cattle, sheep and bison. AgriWebb has also led the development of the world’s first carbon insetting programs in corporate supply chains that are engaging grazing operations in beef sustainability, in partnership with McDonald’s, Nestlé Purina Petcare and other supply chain stakeholders.

With an 80 person team spread across Australia, the US, UK and Brazil, our culture is down-to-earth and supportive, with a diverse team of industry experts, product innovators, and sustainability champions. Join us in transforming the future of livestock agriculture.

Role Purpose

The Enterprise Program Lead is a key member of the Strategy team, which is dedicated to and responsible for AgriWebb’s Enterprise-level sustainability programs. Reporting to VP of Partnerships and working closely with VP of Sustainability and VP Customer Success, you will provide strategic oversight of current programs, including building and maintaining partnerships, leading internal cross-functional coordination and external outreach, and owning strategic client relationships to enable the successful delivery of our flagship sustainability programs.

You will have a high level of responsibility and autonomy to lead, solve, and influence the programs, working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership

  • Execute multi-year Scope 3 climate programs in partnership with enterprise customers, strategic partners and AgriWebb stakeholders.
  • Serve as the point of accountability for project delivery, value realization, and customer outcomes.
  • Build executive relationships, lead business reviews, and ensure alignment at all stakeholder levels.

Relationship & Account Management

  • Become the voice of the customer internally and an advocate for AgriWebb externally.
  • Navigate complex dynamics across customer, partner, and internal teams.

Project Management & Operational Execution

  • Define and manage program plans, including milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Lead internal and external project governance with clarity and confidence.
  • Ensure that data, reporting, and insights are aligned to stakeholder priorities and business impact.
  • Report program progress, challenges and proposed solutions to relevant internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Organize agendas and materials for strategic meetings with partners and clients.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Translate customer feedback into strategic insights for the broader team.
  • Partner with Onboarding, Support, and CSMs to deliver seamless execution.

Enablement & Empowerment

  • Operate with defined autonomy, escalating when needed but owning core delivery.
  • Shape internal processes that enable better enterprise program execution.
  • Help define and improve internal frameworks that guide this role across regions.

Required Experience & Capabilities

  • 2+ years in program management, partnership management, and/or strategic account leadership.
  • Experience in sustainability program management related to food and agriculture supply chains or climate action preferred.
  • Previous facilitation experience of complex multi-stakeholder discussions and meetings.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident in leading cross-functional initiatives with ambiguity and evolving needs.
  • Strong knowledge and/or experience with agriculture, livestock, or sustainability industries preferred.
  • Experience working within or adjacent to producer networks, co-ops, or supply chains a plus.
  • Comfortable designing and delivering presentations to clients.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for partner or client meetings, up to 10% of the time.

Key Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with systems mindset: able to see patterns and plan for scale.
  • Proactive leader who takes ownership and enables others to succeed.
  • Outcome-obsessed: you define success by the value delivered, not tasks completed.
  • Highly resilient in managing shifting priorities, adapting quickly without losing momentum or sight of strategic goals.
  • Comfortable being "in the grey" and leading without a full playbook. This role requires someone to take strong ownership of initiatives; it is not a role for someone looking for detailed step-by-step direction.
  • Empathetic, human-centric communicator who listens deeply and acts with purpose.
  • Naturally curious thinker and creative problem solver who thrives in finding solutions and posing questions that can drive conversations forward.
  • Executive level communication, writing and editing skills and ability to command authority in partner meetings.
