About the Role

This is a full-time contract role through December 2025, designed to provide day-to-day execution support across AgriWebb’s marketing team - with a focus on our Australian SMB/MM and Enterprise streams.

You’ll work alongside a tight-knit, high-performing team who are passionate about their work and love a good laugh. You’ll take ownership of campaign execution, content production, and logistics, freeing up our senior team to focus on strategy and impact. If you’re looking to get hands-on experience in an ambitious AgTech business with a supportive crew behind you, this role’s for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting event execution from prep through to on-the-ground help
  • Creating written and visual content (emails, blogs, case studies, social posts, video scripts, etc.)
  • Owning campaign logistics - scheduling emails, updating HubSpot, managing assets and decks
  • Supporting webinar delivery and follow-up
  • Managing content updates and small edits to our website
  • Maintaining and organising brand assets, templates, and creative files
  • Posting and scheduling organic social content, including helping with asset creation

What You’ll Bring

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of the agriculture industry is strongly preferred
  • Relevant degree in marketing, communications, media or similar
  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing or comms role (or relevant internships)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write for an array of channels
  • Confidence working across platforms like Canva, Google Suite, and social media
  • Experience with HubSpot is a bonus
  • Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Personal Attributes

  • A self-starter who’s curious, creative and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working in a lean team where everyone pitches in
  • Passionate about agriculture and technology (or keen to learn fast)
  • Energised by a fast-paced, purpose-led environment

Why Work With Us

  • Flexible hybrid work style with our converted warehouse office in Surry Hills (near Central)
  • Supportive and family-friendly environment with flexible hours
  • A day off for your birthday
  • Annual learning & development budget to spend however you like
  • Access to great tools (MacBook, HubSpot, Slack, Canva) so you can do your best work
  • Health and wellness benefits including EAP, flu vaccines and a personal wellbeing allowance

What Our Team Say

  • 100% feel genuinely supported using flexible work
  • 100% believe AgriWebb helps them make a positive difference
