About the role
In this newly created role, you'll support global marketing efforts that span from farmers and ranchers to some of the world's biggest brands. You'll learn from two seasoned marketing leaders while enjoying broad scope and variety across marketing channels like web, organic social, email, partnerships, and events.
We're looking for a marketing professional who loves rolling up their sleeves, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings energy and structure to a wide range of initiatives. If you enjoy moving seamlessly between understanding the why behind our strategy and executing the how with speed, quality and ownership, this role is for you.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar generalist marketing role, ideally within a SaaS or B2B environment
- Asset creation skills including graphics and videos (we use Canva and Capcut Pro)
- Copywriting skills with the ability to write copy for blogs, social media posts, websites and email marketing
- Experience planning and managing events, including logistics, event sponsorship, speaker submissions and webinars
- Knowledge and experience of social media management for a business (including social calendar management, content creation, scheduling tools and analytics)
- Email marketing experience including building emails, segmenting lists and reporting on performance metrics
- Website management experience including building landing pages, QA and writing copy (we use Wordpress)
- Experience with Hubspot, Google Suite, Facebook Business Manager, Wordpress, Figma and Canva would be preferred
- The ability to work flexibly to accommodate timezones
- Comfortability in a start-up environment with a broad scope of role, shifting focus from administrative tasks to strategy frequently
