As the Licensing Manager based in APAC, reporting to the Global Lead of Regulatory Legal and Licensing Strategy, you will take ownership of all licensing applications and related matters in Asia, driving our regional expansion and growth. You'll be at the forefront of fintech innovation, navigating complex licensing requirements in a challenging regulatory environment and securing the required licenses for our expansion. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, are an experienced and proven project manager, and are passionate about solving regulatory challenges, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading licensing projects in Asia to guarantee seamless operations and expansion.

  • Transforming regulatory requirements into actionable plans.

  • Project managing and ensuring successful license acquisition and renewals.

  • Proactively seeking input from all relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful application.

  • Creating processes for speedy application process.

  • Establishing partnerships with and the trust of regulators and key stakeholders.

  • Proactively identifying and suggesting solutions.

What you bring:

  • 7-9 years' experience, ideally in fintech licensing.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management.

  • Clear understanding of regulators’ expectations in licensing. ;

  • Proven project management and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
