As the Senior Licensing Manager based in EMEA, you will report to the Global Lead of Regulatory Legal and Licensing Strategy and own all licensing applications and related matters in our rapidly expanding EMEA and Americas regions. As such, you play a pivotal role in our regional expansion and growth. You'll be at the forefront of fintech innovation, navigating complex licensing requirements in multiple, challenging regulatory environments and securing the required licenses for our expansion. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading licensing projects in EMEA and Americas markets to guarantee seamless operations and expansion.
Transforming regulatory requirements into actionable plans.
Project managing and ensuring successful license acquisition and renewals.
Proactively seeking input from all relevant stakeholders to ensure a successful application.
Creating processes for speedy application process.
Establishing partnerships with and the trust of regulators and key stakeholders.
Proactively identifying and suggesting solutions.
What you bring:
8+ years experience, ideally in fintech licensing
Bachelor's degree in business management
Clear understanding of regulators’ expectations in licensing
Proven project management and relationship-building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
