In this role you will be recruiting across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Partnership teams, mostly in Japan but also possibly in other APAC countries. This is an end to end role from job intake to closing the successful candidate, you will be working closely with the hiring managers on first-in-regions positions to build out teams globally and regionally.

  • Source and identify top-tier talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, referrals or your own network

  • Keep stakeholders, including C-level executives, informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation

  • Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction

  • Stay ahead of market trends to ensure we attract forward-thinking candidates who are committed to driving long-term success

  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, emphasizing our values of ownership and never settle

  • Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimizing for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role, with proven results hiring in commercial or corporate hiring (Marketing, Finance, Partnerships)

  • Mix of agency and / or in-house experience in a fast-paced environment

  • A true end to end recruiter - You’re just as comfortable running kickoffs and aligning stakeholders as you are sourcing and closing unicorns

  • Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers

  • Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies

  • Solid understanding of the global top-tech market and companies. Experience with Fintech is also valuable.

  • Fluency in Japanese and English is a must. A good level of Korean would be valued but not mandatory.

  • Drive, grit, and excitement at the challenge of running some of our toughest searches

  • Data fluency - Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders

  • You take genuine pride in your craft, candidate experience, and attention to detail
