Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for recruiting across our global Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) teams. You’ll partner directly with the Chief Legal Officer to develop hiring strategies for our most complex positions while also ensuring junior roles are executed by you or the wider team. We’re looking for a hands-on, senior recruiter who enjoys a challenge and raising the hiring bar.

  • Maintaining a busy requisition load of 8+ positions

  • Autonomous full-cycle recruiting across junior to senior positions (executive search experience is essential)

  • Continue improving internal recruitment processes as we scale

  • Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, while maintaining high candidate experience levels, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction

  • Collaborate with hiring managers within the LRC leadership team to deeply understand department needs, crafting strategies that embody our pursuit of craftsmanship and innovation

  • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on recruitment progress, reflecting our values of taking ownership of our actions and decisions

  • Leverage recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision-making, aligning our hiring practices with our core principle of optimising for long-term value, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our recruitment goals

What you bring:

  • 8+ years experience in full cycle recruiting, including executive recruiting experience (Directors/VPs level)

  • Previous Legal, Risk and Compliance hiring experience is advantageous but not essential

  • Ability to source top-tier talent creatively through various channels, including online job boards, LinkedIn and referrals

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with and influence executives

  • Strong understanding of the tech industry and hiring landscape

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top-tier talent within a fast-paced, growth environment

  • The ability to work autonomously, pivot quickly, and hit targets

  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Strong problem solving skills
