You will report to and work closely with the Content Marketing Manager, ANZ, to deliver on a content marketing and SEO project. You will be responsible for localising global marketing content and uploading content to a CMS, as well as writing high-quality and engaging blogs and updating relevant project documentation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior marketing professional to join us on to work on a vital content project on a 6-month contract in an exciting tech environment. In this role you will deliver both technical and creative work, while also gaining a thorough understanding of content marketing admin and reporting. You will receive direction and mentorship from the Content Marketing Manager, ANZ, and gain firsthand insights into the content marketing strategy of a unicorn Australian fintech.

You will join the Airwallex Marketing team during a critical period. Following rapid growth, we are focused on global consistency in process, tooling and methodology and local flexibility and speed in execution.

You will:

• Localise globally-produced SEO blogs and articles to be appropriate and engaging for Australian and New Zealand audiences.

• Write blogs and articles that target Australian and New Zealand B2B audiences on a variety of topics related to financial-operations.

• Be responsible for the uploading of content into the Airwallex content management system, including text and image optimisation, tagging and technical localisation.

• Update project workspaces and worksheets, keeping local and global teams informed of project progress.

• Collaborate closely with global SEO colleagues to ensure the accurate delivery of content for the ANZ region.

What you will bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing (preferable with a content marketing specialty or interest), writing or media. We are open to recent graduates or early stage professionals with some content or writing exposure.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, obsessive attention to detail, and a keen eye for design excellence.

• A genuine love of writing and the ability to transform complex concepts into relatable and engaging words.

• An understanding of SEO basics, and a strong interest in SEO and its overlap with content strategy.

• Familiarity with modern technology and platforms, including popular content management systems.

• A strong sense of organisation and effective communication skills.
