Wine Events Manager

About the Opportunity

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences? Join us as a part-time Wine Events Manager and take a lead role in organising our wine adventures and at home experiences, ensuring every customer and partner has a fantastic time.

In this role, you’ll manage a team of drivers and build strong relationships with our cellar door and restaurant partners. Ideal candidates may have experience in hospitality and tourism roles, event coordination, relationship management, or even working with wineries, but we’re also excited to hear from those who may have less experience but are eager to learn and grow.

We are looking for someone to work roughly 20 hours/week. Pay will be pro-rata, based on a full time salary of $62-$65k/year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and rostering a team of drivers across Australia
  • Sourcing and booking vehicles
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with cellar doors, breweries, distilleries, and restaurants
  • Maintaining payout targets and customer feedback metric goals
  • Looking for continuous improvement opportunities based on customer feedback
  • Providing outstanding customer service to help people book and plan their special occasions
  • Managing customer feedback
