  • Host communications - being the key point of contact for our entertainer team, keeping them informed and supported
  • Party approvals - reviewing and approving upcoming bookings to ensure everything is in order before event day
  • Customer feedback management - handling customer feedback and ensuring a smooth experience from booking through to event
  • Deliveries & logistics - getting equipment and costumes where they need to be, when they need to be there

You'll work closely with the National Manager while taking real ownership of day-to-day Sydney operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on staying organised, and takes pride in being one step ahead.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning ahead for upcoming events and ensuring everything is prepared in advance

  • Supporting entertainer onboarding and coordination

About You

  • You're highly organised and thrive on keeping things running smoothly
  • You're comfortable working independently and managing your own time
  • You're proactive - you spot what needs doing before being asked
  • You communicate clearly and professionally
  • You're calm under pressure and great at problem-solving
  • You enjoy being on the move and don't mind getting your hands dirty

Requirements

  • A reliable car and current driver's licence are essential
  • Availability on weekdays
  • Comfortable working from home for admin tasks
