The Culture Pulse This whole-of-business program is designed to hold staff accountable to a key set of Signature Behaviours which align them to the organisation’s strategic goals. Success is measured through specifically identified KPI’s and the organisations ‘net culture score’. Leaders will understand how they can embed an intentional culture and staff will become aware of their positive demonstration of the Critical Behaviours and its impact on the organisation’s performance. The Leadership Pulse (Board, Executive, Managers) This programme is applied to encourage, develop and focus leaders on what it is to become wise. Our Wisdom in the Workplace framework measures leaders – the degree they are demonstrating wiser leadership behaviours – to collectively achieve the successful execution of the organisations strategic objectives. 3. The Culture Assessment A strategic assessment of the organisations culture including how well-established is the culture, the degree staff feel entitled (as opposed to collectively working to the organisation’s goals) and the likelihood leaders will be able to execute the strategy through the organisation’s staff.
