About Atelier: Atelier is revolutionising the beauty industry, establishing itself as the leading platform for beauty brands seeking rapid product development and manufacturing. We leverage data, product, design, and cutting-edge technology, including AI, to connect global brands with a robust, scalable, and data-driven supply chain network. Our mission is to reduce the product development lifecycle and empower innovation.

The Opportunity: Atelier is looking for a systems thinker with a passion for operational excellence and a knack for leveraging data and emerging technologies to drive scale.

The Growth Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in expanding Atelier’s global supply chain network. As a member of the Growth function, you will report into the Head of Growth. You will be instrumental in enabling high-scale operational excellence by leveraging data, automating processes, ensuring data integrity, and optimising the manufacturer onboarding funnel, with an eye towards future AI applications. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing platform that is transforming how beauty products come to market globally. You will be instrumental in building high-growth supply chains for the world's largest beauty and personal care brands.

What You'll Do:

  • Operationalise Growth Strategies: Work closely with the Head of Growth to translate strategic supply-side growth initiatives into actionable, repeatable, and scalable operational processes for manufacturer acquisition and onboarding.
  • Data Management & Integrity: Be the guardian of our supply chain data. This includes ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of manufacturer profiles, performance metrics, and compliance information within our internal systems, laying the groundwork for advanced analytics.
  • Process Automation & Optimization (with AI in mind): Identify manual bottlenecks and opportunities for automation within the manufacturer vetting, onboarding, and data collection workflows. Leverage existing tools and actively explore how technologies like LLMs and agentic AI can enhance efficiency and create more intelligent, autonomous operations.
  • Support Manufacturer Onboarding: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding journey for new manufacturers, ensuring all necessary data points are captured, documentation is complete, and they are successfully integrated into the Atelier platform, with an eye towards streamlining this process through technology.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking key operational metrics related to supply acquisition (e.g., number of manufacturers onboarded, onboarding cycle time, data completeness rates). Generate regular reports to provide insights to the Growth team, identifying areas where AI-driven insights could provide deeper value.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a key bridge between the Growth, Supply Chain, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams to communicate operational needs for feature development and data integration, particularly advocating for tools that leverage data.
  • Market Research Support: Assist in gathering and organising intelligence on potential manufacturer categories, market trends and competitive landscapes to inform expansion strategies.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain clear operational playbooks, process documentation, and training materials for the Growth team to ensure consistency and scalability, incorporating best practices for data collection vital for AI models.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • 1-3 years of experience in an operations, growth operations, business operations, or project coordination role, ideally within a tech startup, SaaS, or marketplace environment.
  • Strong Systems Thinking: You intuitively look for patterns, opportunities for automation, and ways to build scalable processes, with a curiosity for how AI can further optimise these systems.
  • Data Literacy & Attention to Detail: You are comfortable working with data, understanding its importance for decision-making, and have a meticulous eye for detail and data integrity.
  • Tech Adaptability & AI Curiosity: Whilst prior experience with AI is not necessary, you are eager to learn and adopt new tools, platforms, and technologies, with a specific interest in understanding and exploring the practical applications of AI and agentic AI in operational contexts.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful and proactive in identifying operational challenges and proposing solutions, including leveraging technological advancements.
  • Exceptional Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain clear communication in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Communication: Clear and concise in written and verbal communication, able to articulate operational needs and insights effectively.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and enjoys working towards shared goals.
  • Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about continuous improvement, learning, and contributing to a high-growth journey, particularly excited by the potential of new technologies like AI.

Bonus Points

  • Strong proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Basic understanding of API concepts or data integration.
  • Any exposure to or keen interest in AI tools, no-code/low-code automation, or process mining.
  • Experience with data visualisation/analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • Understanding of what makes systems scalable and experience contributing to scalable processes.
  • Experience with market place environments, supply chain operations or the beauty/cosmetics industry.
