The Role - 6 month contract role

We’re searching for a brilliant Marketing Manager who can support delivery of integrated marketing programs. You have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. You’re a super organised multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Reporting to the Head of GTM, you will work in collaboration with the Brand and Growth teams to deliver best in class marketing programs of work for our Direct and Broker channels.

You will be responsible for:

Campaign Delivery

  • Working with the Head of GTM, the Growth team, internal/external partners, deliver integrated campaigns across multiple paid and owned channels
  • Manage delivery plans and stakeholder collaboration to ensure assets are in market on time and at the highest standard
  • Write briefs and manage external agencies to deliver work on brief
  • Ideate creative solutions for tactical comms on our owned assets
  • Manage the development of despatch timelines and budget reconciliation

Owned Assets

  • Monitoring engagement and commentary across our owned assets and groups
  • Develop content for owned social (LinkedIn, Meta) and the website, coordinate delivery with internal/external stakeholders
  • Write Awards submissions as required
  • Coordinate events and tradeshows as required including invites, merchandise and collateral

Performance

  • Work with Growth team to define campaign measures and creative best practice to achieve KPIs
  • Review competitive set and customer insights to respond to market opportunities
  • Leverage past performance to continually improve full funnel conversion
  • Collaborate on performance reporting with Growth team

  • You love being on the tools – be this in planning or delivery mode
  • You have a knack with words. You love crafting work and comms that cut through

What you’ll need for this role

  • You have a Bachelors, Masters or TAFE course in marketing or related field.
  • You have 2 - 5 years͛ marketing experience , ideally agency side or in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working closely with media and creative agencies as well as multiple internal stakeholders
  • You’re a do-er who can work as part of a team, and also function well as a solo act to get things done
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing – and how to make works that works for each of these channels
  • An ability to analyse data and leverage insights
  • Brilliant organisation and time management skills with the proven ability to manage and deliver multiple campaigns or projects
  • You’re a great communicator – verbally and with the written word
  • Excellent attention to detail and proficient with data manipulation
  • You are proactive, ambitious and a fast learner. Highly collaborative, able to work across multiple, concurrent workstreams
  • You are efficient, organised and comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
  • You are active on social media and understand how it works
  • You can be honest without being personal.
  • You are able to articulate your thoughts and recommendations and give and receive constructive feedback.
