THE COMPANY
August Robotics is an international startup building application-specific robots that automate business
workflows. We are a global team with offices in Australia, the US, Germany, China, and Hong Kong,
backed by leading Asia-Pacific VC investors.
As we continue to scale our US operations, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive individual to
support our day-to-day business functions.
THE ROLE
As an Operations & Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory, procurement, logistics, and office administration, ensuring that the right materials, systems, and support are consistently in place.
Working closely with the HR Manager and CIO, you will operate across multiple functions to support execution, improve internal processes, and help maintain a well-organized, high-performing workplace.
Core responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the internal flow of parts and materials to ensure components are in the right place at the right time
- Oversee external logistics, including shipments, deliveries, and order tracking
- Support day-to-day operations through task tracking, timeline management, and contributing to process improvements
- Maintain a clean, organized, and functional office environment, ensuring supplies are stocked and workplace needs are met
- Provide administrative support to HR, including onboarding coordination, and assist with events and client visits as needed

You must have:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- High level of independence, ownership, and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
In addition to the above requirements, the following skills are helpful (but not required):
- Experience with inventory management, logistics, or procurement
- Experience working with vendors and managing purchasing processes
- Familiarity with basic budgeting or cost tracking
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
You should be willing to take ownership of tasks, improve systems, and step in wherever needed to support the team.
