THE COMPANY

August Robotics is an international startup building application-specific robots to automate business workflows. We have offices in Australia, USA, Germany, China, and Hong Kong and are backed by leading Asia-Pacific VC investors. We design and deploy robots for use in construction, exhibition, and industrial

environments.

We are expanding our commercial team in the USA and are looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive the adoption of our solutions within the construction sector.

THE ROLE

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth within the construction sector

across the US, owning new business development and client relationships from initial engagement through

deal closure.

You will operate as a key member of the commercial team, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to bring our solutions to market and deliver value to customers. Core responsibilities

include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy focused on the construction industry
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and closing
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Delivering client presentations, product demos, and supporting successful deployments
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline, accurate forecasts, and contributing to commercial strategy
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows and client meetings

YOUR SKILLS

You must have:

  • Minimum 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience within the construction industry
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, stakeholders, and project lifecycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships with senior decisionmakers
  • High level of independence, proactivity, and ownership
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills are helpful (but not required):

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Exposure to complex or enterprise-level sales cycles
  • Existing network within the construction industry
  • This position is located in Las Vegas and requires travel. While we strongly prefer candidates located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, exceptional remote candidates will be considered.
