We design and deploy robotic solutions across construction, exhibition, and industrial environments, and are continuing to scale our global operations.
THE ROLE
As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will be responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining our robots across customer sites throughout the United States.
This is a highly hands-on role that sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer success. You will work directly with physical robotic systems in real-world environments, ensuring successful deployments and a strong customer experience.
Core responsibilities include:
- Deploy and operate robotic systems on customer sites across the US
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and partners
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs both in the field and at the workshop
- Train customers on how to use and operate our robotic systems
- Monitor robot performance and ensure successful execution on job sites
- Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product features
- Plan and manage deployment schedules and ensure operational readiness
- Support a wide range of technical and operational tasks as needed
YOUR SKILLS
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Hands-on mindset with comfort working on physical hardware systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform light physical activity
You must have:
- Eligibility to work in the US and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively across the US (up to 2 to 3 weeks per month)
Nice to have:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an engineering or technical role
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to project-based work
