We design and deploy robotic solutions across construction, exhibition, and industrial environments, and are continuing to scale our global operations.
THE ROLE
As Legal & Commercial Manager, you will be embedded within the Commercial Team, working alongside business leaders to structure, negotiate, and execute high-impact deals.
Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will balance legal risk with commercial objectives and act as a true business partner to the organisation.
Core responsibilities include:

- Provide pragmatic legal support across corporate and commercial matters, while building systems that enable the business to scale effectively
- Lead regulatory and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring the business operates within applicable legal frameworks
- Monitor and interpret legislative and regulatory developments, advising on business impacts and supporting organisational readiness for change
- Self-evolve and self-learn new areas of law and new jurisdictions (with appropriate support)
YOUR SKILLS
You must have:

In addition to the above requirements, the following skills are helpful (but not required):
- Exposure to cross-border transactions or international business environments
