As a Robotic Systems Technician, you will be involved in the installation, supervision and maintenance of high-quality robotic systems while also helping to ensure the performance of robots in the workshop and in the construction sites or other facilities of our customers.

THE ROLE
As a Robotics Field Technician, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain robotic systems on customer sites across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Working at the intersection of engineering, operations, and customer success, you will help ensure reliable robot performance and successful deployments in customer sites.
Key responsibilities include:
· Installation, supervision/operation control and support of robotic systems in customer facilities
· Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to customers and partners on-site
· Perform regular maintenance and repairs both in the field and in the laboratory
· Monitoring robot performance and ensuring successful execution on construction sites
· Collecting customer feedback and collaborating with in-house teams to improve product features
· Organization of the laboratory, responsible for managing the stock of spare parts
· Support for a wide range of technical tasks
· Troubleshooting and repairing the robots with the support of the engineering team.
Core responsibilities include:
- Independently install, operate/monitor, and support robotic systems on customer sites
- Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to clients and partners
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs both in the field and at the workshop
- Monitor robot performance and ensure successful execution on job sites
- Collect customer feedback and work with internal teams to improve product features
- Organize the workshop, in charge of spare parts inventory management
- Troubleshoot and repair the robots with support from the engineering team to ensure operational readiness
- Support a wide range of technical and operational tasks as needed
YOUR SKILLS
What we are looking for:
- A technical/mechanical background and university degree or diploma from a higher vocational school in Engineering, Mechanics, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding or strong interest in programming, Linux, and control systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Hands-on mindset with comfort working on physical hardware systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
- High level of ownership and accountability
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to perform light physical activity
You must have:
- Eligibility to work in Greece
- Valid Greek driver’s license
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel as required (up to 2 to 3 weeks per month)
Nice to have:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in an engineering or technical role
- Fluency in German, Spanish, Italian or French
- Experience working in a startup, scaleup or fast-paced environment
- Exposure to project-based work
