INTERN POSITION SUMMARY
The Intern Data & Deployment Analyst will spend time working with the Service Delivery team and individuals to gain an in-depth understanding of how the business operates in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Region. The Intern will be expected to:
- Gain a detailed understanding of how to deploy crowd monitoring technologies into Airports, Stadiums, Retail, Universities and beyond, by working directly with customers and clients as part of the Service Delivery team.
- Generate intuitive and meaningful UI’s to present live-stream and historical data to clients - with each client requiring a unique set of data and requirements that the Intern will be part of understanding and capturing.
- Consistently suggest new ways the business and delivery team can improve day-to-day delivery.
- Engage in support for existing clients - ensuring data is consistently accurate and client retention is promoted; working closely with the Beonic Customer Success team.
- Get hands-on with sensor hardware ranging from Wifi Access Points to LiDAR sensors, supporting the team to test state-of-the-art technology before being introduced to new clients.
- Work with teams across the business as part of a scale-up company; with day to day exposure to Sales, DevOps, Marketing, Customer Success and C-Level.

QUALIFICATIONS, GENERAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- Undertaking a relevant Degree qualification
- Evidence of great organisational and self-management skills to run projects concurrently.

The Intern will be required to carry out any other function or task that may be expected from them or assigned to them from time to time, within their span of knowledge and ability. The Intern may be required to travel as necessary throughout the UK to visit sites / offices.
