Product Delivery Manager (APAC)

The Opportunity: Turn vision into shipped reality

At Beonic, we don't just collect data; we transform physical environments—from global airports to bustling retail hubs and smart cities—into intelligent, responsive spaces. Our platform processes billions of data points daily from IoT devices to deliver insights into people flow, intelligent queue management, and real-time alerts.

As our Product Owner / Agile Delivery Manager (APAC), you are the engine that turns strategy into shipped software. Working hand-in-glove with our Product Manager and reporting to the VP of Product Delivery, you'll own the how and when of execution—translating product vision into well-groomed backlogs, healthy squads, and predictable delivery against a roadmap that's anything but ordinary.

You'll sit at the heart of where ambition meets execution, ensuring our place intelligence platform ships on time, at quality, and with the team firing on all cylinders.

Where you'll work

You'll be embedded across the same innovative product surface our PMs shape, with an opportunity to cover:

  • 3D Digital Twin: Coordinate the cross-discipline squads building Beonic's spatial digital twin, keeping mapping, rendering, and data ingestion teams synchronised.
  • AI & Computer Vision: Partner with ML engineers to plan delivery cycles that account for the realities of model development, validation, and production rollout.
  • Analytics & alerting flows: Drive sprint execution on data visualisation, dashboards, and alerting—balancing UX polish with engineering velocity.
  • Intelligent place touch-points: Manage delivery of customer-facing engagement features across hardware-software integration points.
  • Empowering self-serve: Shepherd the platform capabilities that let customers configure and operate independently.

What you'll own (the scope)

Reporting to the VP of Product Delivery, you'll have real autonomy across:

  • Backlog ownership: You own the squad's backlog end-to-end—refining, prioritising, and sequencing work so engineering always has a clear, ready-to-execute next-best-thing. You translate PRDs into well-formed user stories with crisp acceptance criteria.
  • Sprint execution: Run the rhythm—planning, stand-ups, refinement, reviews, and retros—with the discipline to keep cadence and the flexibility to adapt when reality shifts.
  • Cross-squad coordination: Many of our features cut across squads (ML + frontend + IoT). You'll keep dependencies visible, unblock teams early, and ensure releases land coherently.
  • Team health & agile practice: Coach squads on agile fundamentals, evolve our ceremonies as we scale, and champion the practices that keep teams healthy, motivated, and shipping.
  • Stakeholder & customer-facing delivery: Be the trusted face of delivery to internal stakeholders and, where needed, to enterprise customers—communicating progress, managing expectations, and turning escalations into resolutions.
  • Delivery metrics & predictability: Track velocity, cycle time, and quality signals; surface risks early and drive the conversations needed to course-correct.

Your day-to-day

With the roadmap set by Product, your typical day will include:

  • Keeping the squad shipping: Running ceremonies that are sharp, useful, and respectful of engineering time—no theatre, just outcomes.
  • Partnering with Product: Working alongside the PM to convert vision and PRDs into actionable, well-sized work the squad can execute against.
  • Unblocking & coordinating: Spotting dependencies across squads, ML, design, and delivery early—and clearing the path before they become blockers.
  • Championing team health: Watching for friction in process, retro signals, or workload pressures, and acting on them before they compound.
  • Communicating delivery: Keeping stakeholders, account teams, and customers confidently informed on what's shipping, when, and why.
  • Continuous improvement: Tuning our agile practices as we grow—what worked at 3 squads doesn't always work at 6.

Who you are

The following skills will ensure you hit the ground running at Beonic:

  • An experienced delivery operator: You have a proven track record as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead in a SaaS environment, shipping complex software at pace.
  • Agile to your core: You know agile frameworks deeply but treat them as tools, not religion. You adapt the process to the team and the problem.
  • A backlog craftsperson: You write the kind of user stories engineers actually want to pick up—clear, scoped, and grounded in user value.
  • Technically conversant: Comfortable engaging with engineers and data scientists on technical trade-offs without trying to do their job for them.
  • Calm under pressure: When timelines slip or scope shifts (and they will), you bring clarity, options, and a steady hand—not panic.
  • A natural communicator: You translate fluently between engineering detail, product intent, and stakeholder concern. You make the complex feel manageable.
  • Outcome-obsessed: You measure success by what shipped and the value it created, not by how busy the team looked getting there.

Desirable attributes & experience

While we welcome applications from diverse backgrounds, the following would help set you apart:

  • Scaled SaaS delivery: Experience in high-growth SaaS, particularly across multi-tenant platforms and enterprise release cycles.
  • Multi-squad coordination: Experience running delivery across multiple interdependent squads, including programme-level or release train coordination.
  • Data & ML product delivery: Familiarity with the delivery realities of data-intensive or ML-powered products—where outputs aren't always deterministic and validation takes time.
  • Hardware/IoT context: Experience delivering software that interacts with physical infrastructure, sensors, or edge devices.
  • Enterprise customer-facing delivery: Comfort representing delivery to sophisticated enterprise customers in retail, transport, or large-venue operations.
  • Agile certifications: CSPO, PSPO, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent are welcome but not required—we care about how you operate, not what's on your wall.
