Excellent career opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced practice manager with exceptional leadership, management and people skills. This dynamic role is ideal for candidates with a strong business acumen and a background in dental or healthcare experience is preferred.

As a Full-time Practice Manager, you’ll be benefiting from an experienced practice team, exceptional development and opportunities to take you as far as you want to go; and that’s just to mention a few.

The Heart of the role:

  • Effectively coach and lead a high performing team in a positive environment for both staff and patients.
  • Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget.
  • Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control.
  • Proactively market your practice to drive patient numbers.
  • Effectively manage recruitment & HR matters.
  • Help with reception and general administration where needed including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps.

The successful candidate will bring to the practice the following attributes and skills:

  • Excellent work ethic and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to engage, motivate and manage team to achieve their best.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong focus on patient care.
  • Strong business acumen, understanding how to generate income and control costs.
  • Experienced in comprehending and managing the P&L for the practice.
  • Problem solving any issues that may arise with ease.
  • Previous dental experience desirable but we also welcome applications from successful managers from other industries.
