What you’ll be responsible for
- Own SEO and AI discoverability strategy to drive high-quality organic traffic and support PLG growth.
- Lead content design across web and marketing assets to improve user experience, search visibility, and conversion rates.
- Build and execute scalable content strategies—including blogs, landing pages, and enablement collateral—that align with sales and product goals.
- Oversee website performance and enhancements using CMS tools like Webflow, ensuring speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Use data and experimentation to audit, optimise, and report on content performance across all stages of the funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and design to deliver consistent, high-impact content experiences.
- Conducting keyword and competitor analysis to inform a refreshed content roadmap.
- Auditing and improving top landing pages for SEO, UX, and CRO wins.
- Partnering with Sales to identify quick-win content gaps.
- Owning and optimising the Cake website with a focus on discoverability and user flow.
- Launch and maintain a scalable SEO program, including technical and AI-search discoverability (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
- Report on organic acquisition and content performance across key channels.
- Build enablement assets like case studies, one-pagers, and decks to support the sales team.
- Roll out CRO experiments across the website to increase signups and self-serve conversion.
- Experience leading SEO and content programs in a B2B SaaS or PLG business.
- Strong skills in content design, content strategy, and UX writing.
- Proficiency with tools like GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, SurferSEO, Webflow, and CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of CRO frameworks, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation.
- Ability to translate user insights and data into action, prioritising quick wins and long-term impact.
- Excellent collaboration skills, especially in a globally remote environment.
