CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking HR Labourers and Leading Hands to join our client’s team on various civil projects across the Lismore Region, NSW . These roles are suited to civil labourers with HR driving experience, and experienced leaders who are confident in guiding crews while working hands-on in the field.
What’s on offer:
- Local work in the Lismore region
- Monday to Friday – 10.5 hour days
- Day shift
- Competitive hourly rate + penalties
- Supportive crew with ongoing opportunities
- Current HR Licence
- Previous experience in HR driving and civil labouring
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Physically fit and able to assist with manual tasks
- For Leading Hand applicants – proven experience supervising or coordinating small crews on civil sites
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
