CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking HR Labourers and Leading Hands to join our client’s team on various civil projects across the Lismore Region, NSW . These roles are suited to civil labourers with HR driving experience, and experienced leaders who are confident in guiding crews while working hands-on in the field.

What’s on offer:

  • Local work in the Lismore region
  • Monday to Friday – 10.5 hour days
  • Day shift
  • Competitive hourly rate + penalties
  • Supportive crew with ongoing opportunities
Role Requirements:
  • Current HR Licence
  • Previous experience in HR driving and civil labouring
  • White Card (Construction Induction)
  • Physically fit and able to assist with manual tasks
  • For Leading Hand applicants – proven experience supervising or coordinating small crews on civil sites
  • Reliable, with a strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
