The Role, and what you'll be doing
As Head of Growth, you will own the commercial engine across ANZ.
This is the first dedicated Growth hire. You will work directly with the Founder and CEO to define strategy, build systems, and drive predictable revenue.
This is a builder role. High ownership. High accountability. Strategic and hands-on.
You will:
- Define and execute the ANZ go-to-market strategy
- Own revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting discipline
- Drive institutional sales into schools and education groups
- Increase parent activation, engagement, and transaction frequency
- Lead performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle, brand, partnerships, and activations
- Optimise the full funnel from first touch to long-term contract value
- Implement robust CRM infrastructure and pipeline governance
- Align Product and Growth to improve activation, retention, and expansion
- Build and lead a high-performing commercial team
- Use data and AI to improve speed, experimentation, and ROI
About You:
- Proven leader across both Sales and Marketing in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or payments environments
- Experience scaling revenue in ANZ
- Track record selling into education, government, or institutional markets
- Strong commercial operator with structured execution discipline
- Experienced in building repeatable growth engines, not just running campaigns
- Confident in owning CRM, funnel metrics, CAC, LTV, and forecasting
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led environment
- Motivated by impact and improving outcomes for young people
