A global health and wellness platform with 35M+ users is hiring a Principal AI Product Manager to work directly with the CEO and leadership team, focused on building AI-first products for the teacher side of the marketplace.

This is a hands-on IC role. You'll take an idea to ~80% complete — shaping it, rapidly prototyping, and validating with real teacher demand — then partner with engineers and other functions to ship it. You'll help teachers create and publish educational material across every form: books, videos, audio, and visual content.

What you'll do

• Rapidly prototype, moving fast from idea to working concept
• Set product direction and strategy for the teacher side of the marketplace
• Build AI-first content creation tools for teachers to develop and publish across formats
• Work directly with the leadership team to bring ideas to life
• Run A/B tests across a massive, engaged user base
• Shape strategy using real teacher demand, not assumptions

What we're looking for

• Proven experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products
• Experience creating or scaling a platform, marketplace, or consumer app
• An AI-first mindset with a track record of shipping AI-powered features
• A bias for action — comfortable prototyping and testing quickly
• Strong product instincts; able to take a concept 80% of the way solo before handoff
• Comfort working directly with senior leadership

• Content creator tools or creator-economy experience
• Consumer marketplace background
