We have a rare opening at Cicada Innovations, Australia’s leading deep tech incubator, for someone to join our Programs Team. Cicada Innovations has the long-term vision and commitment to support science and engineering driven technology ventures and to be the nucleus of deep tech in Australia.
The Assistant Learning & Development Coordinator will work with the Head of Climate and Industry Programs and the Program Coordinator to deliver world-class learning programs in commercialising deep technology. This is a unique opportunity to be exposed to the brightest innovators in Australia, solving the world's most pressing problems; like climate change, feeding growing populations, renewable energy, clean sustainable industry and new agriculture. We are looking for someone with a “let’s do this” attitude, who can support the execution of our programs. You will support the everyday operations of the programs and ensure both participants and presenters have an amazing and smooth experience.

Position Objectives:
Responsibilities
- Scheduling Maestro: Keep our calendars in harmony, scheduling programs and coordinating our sponsors, mentors, and entrepreneurs.
- Program Support: Help plan and bring to life training programs, transforming ideas into memorable events that leave an impact.
- Resource Wizard: Expertly organise training materials and resources to make sure every participant has what they need to learn. Also, lend a hand in crafting and updating training workbooks, guides, and other course materials.
- Logistics Coordination: Assist in handling the details of program sessions, such as participant interactions, online onboarding, and ensuring participants stay well-informed.
- Data Management: Keep our records up-to-date, maintaining accurate records of program activities and generating reports as needed.
- Client Interaction: Be the friendly face for any questions or concerns, offering guidance and support to both our participants and sponsors, and ensuring seamless communication within the team.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in know-how
- A true team player who can be counted on to collaborate and learn with
- Has a knack for tech and loves to play with Google Suite, CRM and Project management tools!
- Your time management skills and attention to detail is uncanny
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Communications and marketing experience
- Learning Management System experience (Co-assemble)
- Data collection and insights analysis experience
