- Work with the Head of Growth and immediate peers, execute on our sales strategy and plan.
- Manage and develop opportunities to win new logo business achieving set individual, team and company targets
- Manage the sales lifecycle of your opportunities, applying the rigours of a sales methodology and maintaining our systems and reporting
- Work with the pre-sales, and key technical and delivery team members throughout the sales process, nurturing effecting relationships with all
- Walk and talk Clear Dynamics’ vision and offering
Things you'll bring
- 7+ years' sales experience in enterprise solution sales environment
- A passionate, evangelical storyteller with high EQ and people skills
- Superior communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
- Proven track record of revenue growth, target attainment, and developing high-performing teams.
- Growth mindset, resilient and strong relationship-builder.
