Our Sales Engineers support our Account Executives by bringing our customers’ solutions to life through narrative and technology.

This will suit a candidate who is fast on their feet, has a passion for technology and innovation, and thrives within a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Accountabilities:

  • Partnering with Account Executives to grow and execute on pipeline, building stakeholder maps and account plans
  • Building strong relationships with “technical champions” across the customer’s teams, from a technical perspective.
  • Ability to demo and do discovery at the same time
  • Demo’ing the outcome fully built focused at the business stakeholder / user group
  • Demo’ing how the system produces those outcomes. Aimed at the more technical teams
  • Technical requirement gathering aligned to the business problem
  • Scoping for pilots / phase 1s
  • Partnering with Solution Architects and the Delivery team to build solutions aligned with customer outcomes
  • Providing technical stakeholder management and pilot / phase 1 support
  • Documentation creation for proposals, technical requirements, etc.
  • Some travel.

Things you'll have:

  • Experience in application development
  • Experience in Low code
  • Applied understanding of AI/ML
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functions, and to interact effectively with customers
  • Keen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation
  • Ability to prioritize and discern what is truly important
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to function well in a busy and varied environment and work well under pressure
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and tasks and creating impact under tight timelines
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
