Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workforce Planning & Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support in workforce management, allocation, forecasting, scheduling, reporting analysis, and utilising business intelligence tools to drive operational performance and enhance decision-making capabilities. You will make a difference by collaborating with our stakeholders and using data to explain what is happening with their brands and how they can improve business performance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyse workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Use metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and productivity
  • Accurately predict work volume, handle time and staff shrinkage, and provide staffing recommendations to enhance workforce management and center-wide performance
  • Collect, maintain, and analyse business data, including turnover rates, employee demographics, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Analytics Team to create and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders that highlight key workforce metrics, insights, and recommendations for action
  • Proactively analyse inputs and oversee implementation of continuously improved forecasts and plans; measure performance, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations on how to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI) metrics
  • Create, maintain, and distribute reporting and plans to guide various teams within the organisation to success and add value to the broader organisation
  • Research and recommend performance and efficiency improvement processes and changes
  • Utilise Power BI experience and solid knowledge of workforce and business intelligence concepts and tools to deliver reporting solutions, data analytics, and decision support to business leaders
  • Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data and reporting solutions that enable the business to meet or exceed customer and organizational expectations
  • Accountable for accurate and timely execution of ad-hoc, routine, and project-oriented business metrics and reporting needs

To succeed in this role, you must possess the necessary skills below:

  • Highly proficient in Excel and overall MS Suite products, including Power BI
  • Familiarity with or understanding of Sales system (Pipedrive), CRM and phone system
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline or related experience preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, reporting analysis, business intelligence, or related field
  • Excellent critical thinking with the ability to serve as a change champion and encourage team members to find innovative ways of meeting business demands
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

WORKING LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

This role works mostly in a WORK-FROM-HOME SETUP and to be considered for this opportunity you must be able to demonstrate your home working environment is as follows:

  • conducive home office (free from noise and distraction)
  • main internet: wired internet of at least 50mbps
  • reliable back up internet: at least 10mbps speed
