The role
As Coviu grows, we’re seeking an Account Executive who’s as passionate as we are about improving access to healthcare as we are to help turbocharge our growth in the United States market. As one of our first team members on the ground in the US, you’ll become an expert in our customers’ unique challenges and goals, help shape our US strategy, identify and build new relationships, and develop and implement repeatable and scalable sales strategies to drive our next stage of growth. This is the perfect opportunity for a passionate, experienced Account Executive who loves the strategic stuff as much as they love getting their hands dirty.
Reporting into the Head of Growth, your responsibilities will be to:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to build and expand the customer base
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to generate a steady and robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Lead the implementation of the Coviu platform for U.S. Enterprise clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, technical support, and training
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential prospects and help them understand the value of the Coviu platform
- Close deals, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the company by converting prospects into satisfied customers
- Track and report on the numbers and adjust your strategy based on your insights to optimize your results
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and other teams across the business to drive the ongoing growth and success of our customers
- Oversee the US customer support team to deliver exceptional service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as required.
Desirable skills and experience
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with experience in the healthcare industry viewed favorably
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to generate a robust and reliable pipeline of new leads
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Compensation
- Salary Base of $70-110k with OTE of $180-200k
