How you can help make a better world of work

All systems go. 3-2-1-take off!

We help millions of people globally be Culture First, and we’re looking for someone to help ourselves stay at the forefront of people and culture.

We are looking for a one-of-a-kind person for a one-of-a-kind opportunity. You’ll make sure we have an incredible employee experience by being Mission Control for the development and launches of all of our people, culture and experience programs within Culture Amp. You’ll help them plan and then launch smoothly, on schedule, with clear communications, and in sync with other launches.

To also help nail the employee experience, you’ll directly own our Ways of Working strategy, and lead our Camper Experience team to help bring it to life across our six global offices (and counting), as well as remotely.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will:

  • Be the central point of contact for all people, culture and experience initiatives at Culture Amp
  • Shape, own and drive the people and culture calendar, integrated with the company calendar
  • Create and maintain a metronomic rhythm to how we roll out programs globally, working closely with our programs, people partner and operations teams.
  • Elevate how we describe and create impact by gathering insights from our employees and working with program owners and our internal communications team
  • Improve the employee experience through creating and focusing cross-functional teams around defined moments that matter
  • Help us define and evolve our Ways of Working strategy, and build the infrastructure to support it
  • Lead our global Camper Experience (think workplace experience and facilities) team, who curate our in-office experience across our six global offices (and counting) as well as the experience for our remote employees

You have

  • Deep experience helping teams maintain focus and execution excellence (e.g., OKR tracking, program deployment schedules, program prioritisation etc.), especially when they don’t report directly to you (think: Chief of Staff)
  • Experience influencing others’ products through user feedback, and working with internal communications to communicate value (think: Product Marketing Manager)
  • Experience with people, culture and experience programs

You are

  • Organised and reliable. You know everything that’s happening across a function, even during chaotic times, and make sure that all systems are Go
  • Focused and good at prioritisation. You are clear on the big picture and how everything fits together, while also being laser-focused on delivering priorities
  • Able to navigate ambiguity. You are a systems-based thinker who easily grasps complexity, loves bringing structure to chaos, and can create an operating rhythm for just about anything.
  • Deeply curious and passionate about people, culture and the employee experience. You are willing to ask the hard questions, experiment and bring ideas to life

Note from the hiring manager: Not sure if you have all of these qualifications, but have skills you think would be an asset in this role? Please get in touch. We know that many folks – especially those from underrepresented or marginalised groups – often count themselves out. Give us the opportunity to learn more about you and why you’re awesome!

We believe that inclusive businesses are better, not just for “company results”, but for the world. We have a strong commitment to Anti-Racism, and endeavor to lead by example. Every step we make as a business towards anti-racism is another step we can take to support our customers in making a better world (of work). You can see our current commitments to Anti-Racism here.

We ensure you have the tools you need to thrive both in and out of work.

  • MacBooks for you to do your best work
  • Share Options - it’s important to us that everyone is an owner and can share in our success
  • Excellent parental leave and in work support programme, - for those families to be
  • Flexible working schedule - where we can, let’s make work, work for you
  • Fun and inclusive digital, and in-person events

Most importantly, an opportunity to really make a difference in people’s lives.
