Sr. Associate, Commercial Excellence/Sales Effectiveness

Location: Mexico City

As a Sr. Associate, Commercial Excellence/Sales Effectiveness supporting the Commercial Excellence team, you will support commercial teams across Hispanic Latin American countries by delivering strategic insights, data-driven analysis, and operational support to the field force. Act as a primary contact between field teams and the Commercial Excellence (CommEx) team to ensure effective adoption of tools and processes, while driving continuous improvement and regional alignment.

In this role, a typical day will include:

Sales Rep Interactions

  • In contact with Sales Reps: collect feedback, issues, and improvement opportunities
  • Serve as 1st line CommEx support for all the CommEx tools to triage all field force queries (2nd line users Support, 1st line user support done by IT via CommEx Now).
  • Provides training on specific/operational points to Field Force as required (i.e., during Sales meeting).
  • Supports the testing effort (enhancements, bugfixes) as required

Business Support

  • Facilitates discussion with Customer Operations/CDA & sales teams to address SFDC customer data gaps (customer commercial account mapping territory tagging etc.)
  • Facilitates discussion with marketing of campaign creation and maintenance.
  • Supports the preparation of territory analysis and reflect redesign changes in SFDC
  • Supports new user creation and configuration in SFDC
  • Supports deployment of new CommEx Solutions in the country/cluster to ensure the adoption
  • Captures commercial team’ needs and create enhancement backlogs aligned with CommEx Solution Manager and CommEx Country/ Cluster head
  • Captures incentive data preparation, ICARuS result validation and manual incentive calculation if needed (e.g., President club)
  • Performs Ad-hoc analysis requested from commercial team which are not supported by existing EA report

Data + Data Quality

  • Supports data cleansing and data quality improvement (In combination with relevant stakeholders) as required
  • Supports data consolidation and validation of quota setting, segmentation and 100m$ campaign etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, business, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • KSAs
  • Knowledge of Excel or other analytical tools
  • Technology knowledge - SFDC, Pitcher, Reports and Einstein Analytics
  • Analytics skills
  • SFDC Associate Certificate; SFDC 201 Certificate (Optional); Alteryx Core Certificate (Preferred)
  • Languages: English intermediate
