Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with expertise in both manual and automation testing to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, managing resources, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers.
• Define and implement test strategies, frameworks, and plans for manual and automated testing.
• Drive automation initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in test coverage.
• Oversee end-to-end testing activities, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Set up infrastructure for end-to-end testing environments.
• Draft project plans and drive testing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate progress, risks, and results effectively.
• Ensure compliance with medical device standards and software verification protocols.

Technical Expertise Required:

• End-to-End Testing on Instruments
• Infrastructure Setup for Testing
• Project Planning & Strategy
• Medical Device Experience
• Software Verification on Instruments
• Automation Tools & Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.
• Scripting Languages: C#, Python, or equivalent

Certifications Required (Preferred):

• ISTQB Advanced Level – Test Manager
• Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)
• Automation Testing Certification (e.g., Selenium Professional)
• Medical Device Compliance Certifications (e.g., IEC 62304, ISO 13485 awareness)
• Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM or equivalent)
