Surgical Sales - District Sales Manager (수도권영업팀장)
- Achieve Net Sales objectives. Attain Sales volume objectives. Reach Market Share objectives in units
- Implementation of Promotional and Business plans and strategies in his/her territory
- Assure the collections within the planned periods
- Compromise promotional call frequency
- Train Sales Representatives “in the field”
- Support the development of the company practices in his/her territory
- Elaborate and propose own territory´s sales budget, as well as maintain a tight control of it
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and ethical business requirements in executing the assigned roles and responsibilities as defined in the local regulation and the Corporate procedure.
Education (Minimum/Preferred):
- Minimum: B.A. Degree
- Preferred: B.A. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Languages: Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English
Experience (Minimum/Preferred):
- Minimum: 10 years successful sales experience in the healthcare industry
- Preferred: At least 3 years people managing experience leading sales team in the healthcare industry
