This role is a senior local Commex support with expertise in CommEx solutions & tools.
You will act as the local point of contact for the CommEx Cluster Head & can be the point of contact for the Country Franchise Head.
You will own operational Core CommEx processes locally – coordinating & completing all CommEx process timely.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Coordinating & completing end-to-end Sales incentives & quota to payout process:
Finalizing / completing SIP templates, validating and uploading quotas, and ensuring ICARuS validation. The role also involves calculating incentive payouts & submitting them to payroll.
Coordinating & supporting Profiling, Segmentation & Territory Design
This includes tracking & following up for timely profiling by reps, performing segmentation based on the international framework, annual territory design refresh, and technical setup of new sales reps within the international timelines
Business Partnering
Supports international/regional CommEx data submissions, special projects, and provides ad-hoc analytics as needed & simple insights to Cluster/Country Heads on execution performance
Supporting/driving adhoc activities related to CommEx tools:
Coordinating system enhancement requests, supporting ongoing deployments through business setup, and resolving system issues if contacted by regional system consultants as well as and technical setup of new sales reps
Other Duties: The role may involve performing other duties as assigned by the manager in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
English mandatory, another European language as a plus (i.e. French, Dutch,...)
Experience : 3-5 years in CommEx organization or 7-10 years of relevant work experience (i.e finance, accounting, sales analytics, commercial etc...)
Education: Bachelor/master’s degree in business, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Applied Mathematics
Good understanding of business models, their strategy, present Business Acumen competencies
High level of curiosity and proactivity to investigate different aspects of business and commercial execution, and can challenge unproven opinions and seek to continuously improve tools & processes
Good communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills
