A Surgical Sales Specialist is responsible for the sales of intraocular lenses for cataract surgery in private clinic and hospital channels.

Responsibilities

• Promote intraocular lenses to surgeons performing cataract in private clinic and hospital channels
• Conduct visits, engage, and support cases for both existing and new customers
• Maintain strong rapport with surgeons and clinic or hospital staff for day-to-day operation
• Execute sales plan and conduct activities, events, or meetings to boost engagement with customers
• To support related marketing activities including new product launches, congress exhibition, and educational events or training.
• Support organization with market intelligence and feedback from the field
• Achieve or exceed sales target assigned for each priority product

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree or above (preferable in Science related discipline)
• With relevant 2 years or above working experiences in medical device or pharma sales
• Operation Theatre support experience preferred
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
