Education:

• Bachelors (Masters Preferred) in business, economics or other related quantitative field

Languages:

• Strong English communication capability as well as relevant local language skills to drive the team and drive change. Experience working in multiple countries with multiple languages and currencies is a plus

Experience / Professional requirements/ preferences:

• 2 years analytics system usage and management experience (preferably Einstein Analytics and Tableau)
• 2 years experience with data processing automation tools/ ETLs (Alteryx preferred)
• Salesforce.com Administrator Certified preferred
• Field sales or marketing experience preferred
• Successful commercial change management experience
• Strong quantitative aptitude
• Deep understanding of field force technologies (e.g., Salesforce.com CRM systems, tablet hardware, analytics systems preferred)
• Understanding of Japan Healthcare Market Environment preferred
