A Marketing Head brings the leadership necessary to elevate the company’s presence across the region. Leading and driving marketing teams across SEA cluster LE and distributor markets.
This includes:
- Deep competitive analysis and market intelligence
- Development of compelling value propositions
- Coordinated response to competitor launches and activities
- Regional campaigns that reinforce leadership in key segments
Portfolio expansion requires structured, disciplined launch management. A Marketing Head oversees:
- Launch planning and readiness assessments
- Clinical and product education in partnership with training teams
- Market segmentation and targeting
- Post-launch review and optimization
This ensures each launch achieves maximum impact, adoption, and return on investment.
Countries often have different maturity levels in their marketing capabilities. A Marketing Head:
- Sets the capability framework for marketers across the region
- Leads talent development, coaching, and succession planning
- Establishes standard processes, templates, and governance
- Introduces modern marketing tools and analytics capabilities
This strengthens the entire function and builds a future‑ready marketing team.
Education/Qualifications:
Minimum/Essential: Science or Commercial/Marketing Degree
Skills/Experience:
Strong 8+ years marketing experience, with evidence of at least 3 years at the Marketing Manager level, in the healthcare industry
Proven capability in strategic marketing. Someone who is creative and can bring new ideas to the business
Proven ability to lead and motivate others with demonstrated experience in improving the capability of a team and holding people to account (own marketing team and distributors)
Skilled in juggling multiple priorities and working to close deadlines
Proven success in effectively building KOL relationships
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel
