As an Implementation Consultant at Deputy, you will be a trusted advisor to small and midsize business (SMB) customers by providing best practices and identifying areas of opportunity during the implementation process and beyond. As a member of the SMB Customer Experience team, you’ll be responsible for delivering onboarding and training packages, account reviews, and proactively reaching out to ensure our SMB clients are set up for long term success across North America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
You will develop expertise in both our product and partner integrations in order to communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will live by Deputy’s values, including listening to learn in order to identify a customer’s desired outcomes. You will use your expert understanding of business needs to translate those into their Deputy account setup, configuration and usage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery and implementation of onboarding projects for Deputy’s SMB customers
  • Interpret client business requirements in order to guide the configuration of their Deputy accounts to meet their needs
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing best practices and identifying areas of opportunity throughout the implementation process
  • Conduct periodic account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and value maximization
  • Host one-to-many client training sessions, including Deputy Essentials, to get new users up and running
  • Be a Deputy product expert with a deep understanding of small business needs, including localized compliance and integrations
  • Share insights and information with the broader SMB Customer Experience team to further amplify our digital first approach

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2-4 Years of professional experience in delivery, implementation, training or project management, preferably with SaaS applications
  • Solid history of establishing and meeting work schedules with limited time frames and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to understand and relate to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Intrinsically motivated, customer focused with revenue awareness
  • Above all, a growth mindset, willingness to learn, and a genuine excitement and curiosity for the problems we are solving for our customers
The pay range for this position takes into account multiple factors that are all considered to determine an individual candidate’s starting pay. These factors include but are not limited to: market factors, experience, technical and non-technical skills, education, certifications, and other business acumen. This range does not include any potential incentive programs, such as individual or organizational performance bonuses.
For candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $81,000 - $86,490.
For candidates based outside San Francisco Bay Area or New York City, the pay range for this position is $ 64,000 - $67,890.
