Digital Marketing & Content Specialist (Sydney - Hybrid)
About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and client-savvy Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to join our Agency Team.
This role blends creativity with customer first thinking: you’ll be both the creator of compelling digital content and liaise with the client to ensure our content delivers real results.
You’ll work across a mix of B2B and B2C clients, creating standout social content, managing day-to-day execution, and collaborating with internal and external teams to grow our clients’ digital presence across social, search, and web.
What You’ll Do
- Own the content strategy and creation: Write and design high-performing social media content (organic) tailored to each channel and audience.
- Lead client communications: Present content plans, secure approvals, and maintain strong relationships as the trusted day-to-day contact.
- Drive execution: Manage the content publishing schedule, community engagement (including influencers and superfans), and ensure everything is tagged, tracked and optimized.
- Work across disciplines: Brief and coordinate with creative, SEO, paid media, and web teams to ensure full-funnel digital excellence.
- Grow digital impact: Track performance, analyze data, and use insights to refine content and increase reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Act as a digital partner: Proactively bring ideas to the table to help clients grow.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of digital marketing / account management / social media content creation and management experience
- A passion for social content and digital storytelling across platforms (especially LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Meta).
- Experience creating content calendars, writing copy, briefing designers
- Expertise in using Canva or similar tools.
- A natural communicator – confident presenting work, taking feedback, and building client trust.
- An understanding of paid, SEO, or web best practices is a bonus – or the ability to collaborate closely with those who do (this is an area we can teach you if you don’t have these skills
- You love seeing the numbers – and using them to guide smarter content.
The Digital Marketing & Content Specialist will be working as part of a growing team and will work closely with the account management, creative, writers, digital performance, and analytics teams.
This role would suit someone still early in their career. You may have studied graphic design, communications/social and digital marketing but have natural creative skills.
Digivizer follows a hybrid work arrangement. You will be working the majority 3-4 days from home and 1-2 days a week from our office in Sydney CBD.
