SEO/AEO Specialist | Philippines - Remote

We are on the hunt for a brilliant SEO/AEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Performance Team. The SEO/AEO Specialist is responsible for driving strong search outcomes for Digivizer, championing the success of our customers, and ensuring our performance delights. This role also involves proactive relationship management, taking ownership of Digivizer SEO and AEO impact, in addition to specific clients in your portfolio, and contributing to various digital projects as agreed. Applicants must have a strong command of English - both in language spoken and written skills.

A typical few days of work may look like this…

• Successful delivery of SEO/AEO programs for Digivizer and client accounts
• Driving organic search growth outcomes and improving organic visibility across key markets based on client objectives
• Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
• Collaborating with content creators and designers to align SEO goals with content execution eg by providing SEO briefs for new blogs and web content
• Auditing websites and recommending improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
• Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing SEO and AEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, LLMs, and Digivizer’s own SEO insights platform
• Identifying new opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
• Preparing presentations for SEO strategies and ensuring programs are delivering per the agreed objectives and scope
• Staying up to date with algorithm updates, AEO and SEO best practices
• Supporting any other digital marketing or content project as assigned from time to time

Who are you?

• Have a background in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing with at least 4-5 years' experience
• Passionate about SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance
• Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
• Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
• Experienced in using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush
• Have a sound understanding of social and digital media advertising
• Have a previous experience running multi-functional projects for clients
• Have a Previous experience in a client facing role (an advantage)
• Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana (a bonus)
• Have a flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills (must have strong written and verbal English)
• Ready to learn and be challenged
• Passionate about driving results

The role is full-time, 5 days working remotely, and following Sydney, Australia timezone/work hours. We are a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) company.
