Graduate Web Developer & SEO Specialist | Sydney - Hybrid

We are looking for a talented Graduate Web Developer & SEO Specialist to join our team. The Graduate Web Developer & SEO Specialist is responsible for driving strong digital performance via search, SEO strategies and implementation, plus web development, web optimization and web maintenance. Ultimately delivering great search, web and conversion outcomes for Digivizer and our customers. You will also become skilled in Google Analytics implementation, data measurement and insights reporting.

This role involves proactive team relationship management, project and program management responsibility, engagement, delivering and reporting for the specific clients you will have in your portfolio and for any projects that are given to you as discussed and agreed.

You will be working as part of a growing Digital Performance team within Digivizer’s Agency Services Team. It’s a fun and supportive environment to grow and learn. A typical few days of work may look like this…

• Successful delivery of all client websites, SEO strategies, technical SEO and general health of our client websites
• Driving growth outcomes for Digivizer & our clients
• Working with your manager and the Agency team to understand priorities and the team work, resources and dependencies to be successful
• Building successful new websites, maintaining existing websites, implementing and testing GA4 analytics, building SEO strategies and providing SEO briefs to the writers, plus implementing technical SEO and website optimization activities, per the agreed schedule and priorities
• Building, publishing or presenting strategies, milestones and progress updates in a well visualized, timely, professional and proactive manner
• Ensuring clarity around objectives, program deliverables and the revenue connected to web, seo and analytics implementation work
• Working closely with client leads, content specialists your digital performance team-mates and designers to deliver high performing sites and digital content
• Any other Digital Marketing or content project as assigned from time to time

Who are you?

• A degree holder in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field (or final year or first year out)
• Have a passion and experience in web development (Shopify & Wordpress/Elementor), SEO, and digital marketing
• Familiar with SEO and AEO protocols
• Are data-driven and have a good understanding of google analytics implementation and analysis
• Have previous experience in a client/customer facing role (an advantage)
• Familiar with Google Suite, Slack, and Asana (a bonus)
• Flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset
• Ready to learn and be challenged
• Passionate about driving results
• Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
• Strong desire to learn
• Interest and/or experience in end to end Digital Marketing
• Excellent in communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills (must have strong written and verbal English)

The role is full-time, hybrid (with 1-2 days in office per week).
