About the role
We’re hiring a full-time B2B Content Writer with proven expertise in executive interviewing, profiling, and crafting compelling thought leadership and brand story content.
You will be part of our B2B strategic communications team working within a strong team of writers as part of Digivizer’s Agency. This team focuses on writing and creating content that is strategically built for developing great digital storytelling - delivered across executive thought leadership, brand channel social media, digital editorial, websites, creative, video, and PR. You will be writing for some big global technology clients as well as some of Australia’s most interesting executives and businesses.
The role will be responsible for the creation of long and short form content to suit a range of social platforms, EDM, and websites. This would fit someone with a journalism, or communications background, ideally used to a multi-client or agency environment. Someone who’s eager to learn, quick to adapt, and excited to build impactful programs and campaigns across all digital channels.

What the role entails:
1. Executive Thought Leadership Support
- Interview executives and subject matter experts to extract insights and shape credible thought leadership content
- Research industry trends and propose fresh angles or perspectives aligned to brand positioning
- Draft long-form and short-form content including LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters and opinion pieces
- Develop video scripts and supporting narrative content
- Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules for executive profiles
- Monitor engagement and provide recommendations to optimise reach and impact
2. Agency Content & Campaign Support
- Create high-quality written content across web, branded social, campaign copy, video and digital assets
- Write clear creative briefs to guide design, production and campaign execution
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy and brand alignment
- Recommend or create appropriate creative assets to support copy (imagery, social formats, banners, etc.)
- Support scheduling and publishing of social content across client channels
3. Planning, Coordination & Delivery
- Manage multiple briefs simultaneously with strong task planning and organisation
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned to client expectations
- Maintain high creative standards across all written and social outputs
What We’re Looking For:
- PR, Journalism, or Communications background a must
- Agency or large corporate communications team experience
- 2+ years experience writing for B2B Executives
- Digital UX/Digital campaigns/social media
- Flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset
- Ready to learn and be challenged
- Progressive thinker
- Passionate about driving results
- Organised, detail-oriented, intuitive and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
- Excellent in communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Digivizer follows a hybrid work arrangement. You will be working the majority from home and 2-3 days a month from our office in Sydney CBD.
