B2C Account Manager - E-commerce

About the role

We are in search of an Account Manager to lead the day-to-day management and performance of our e-commerce client accounts. This role connects strategy with execution, ensuring campaigns and customer acquisition and nurture programs are delivered seamlessly across channels while driving measurable growth in revenue, conversion, and customer retention.

We want someone who understands e-commerce growth deeply across acquisition, retention, conversion, creative, customer journeys, ROAS, MER, attribution, CRO, and lifecycle marketing, and can confidently lead conversations with e-commerce founders, CMOs, and digital leaders.

You will help create, review, present and oversee the strategy, client leadership, growth planning and delivery coordination while partnering closely with our paid media, creative, SEO, EDM, SMS, analytics and platform specialists.

You will be commercially minded, highly proactive, data-driven and comfortable managing sophisticated clients and fast-moving priorities.

What the role entails:

1. Client Relationship & Growth Leadership

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ecommerce clients, building trusted advisory relationships
  • Lead client meetings, WIPs, performance updates, and strategic reviews
  • Proactively manage expectations, risks, and issue resolution
  • Identify growth opportunities across services, channels, and investment levels

2. E-commerce Account & Campaign Management

  • Translate client objectives into actionable e-commerce marketing strategies and plans across paid media, CRM, SEO, content, social and web
  • Manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals across multiple workstreams
  • Oversee campaign execution and ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
  • Monitor performance using analytics tools (e.g. Digivizer and other platforms, integrating client data where needed)
  • Deliver insights, reporting, and optimisation recommendations focused on ROI, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Benchmark performance against competitors and e-commerce best practices

3. E-commerce Performance & Optimisation

  • Analyse campaign and channel performance across the customer journey
  • Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion rate, AOV, and retention
  • Provide data-led recommendations to continuously improve results
  • Support testing frameworks and optimisation initiatives across campaigns and funnels

4. Content, Lifecycle & Customer Experience

  • Develop and oversee content and campaign calendars aligned to e-commerce trading cycles and customer journeys
  • Ensure execution across social, search, web, EDM, SMS and CRM channels is consistent and optimised for performance
  • Support lifecycle marketing initiatives including promotional, retention, and customer engagement campaigns
  • Oversee content quality, publishing accuracy, tagging, and optimisation across platforms

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the same role/field within a digital agency environment
  • Experience or exposure to Klaviyo and/or Attentive
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, social, search, CRM, EDM, and SMS marketing best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage campaign execution
  • Analytical mindset with interest in performance and customer insights
  • Flexible approach to work, with an agile mindset
  • Ready to learn and be challenged
  • Progressive thinker
  • Passionate about driving results
  • Organised, detail-oriented, intuitive and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation
  • Excellent in communication, interpersonal and relationship management
  • Easily able to take 10,000 feet view, and jump into the details when needed.

Digivizer follows a hybrid work arrangement. You will primarily work from home (typically 3-4 days per week), with at least 3 in-person days per month at our office in Sydney CBD.
